Titled 'Geenyoch Ballant', this work was premiered and recorded by American pianist, Kevin Robert Orr. The title of the piece is in the Scots language and translates as 'insatiable/ravenous ballade'. The work was written for the 2003 American Liszt Society National Conference, held at the University of Florida.
In the attached video recording, the footage was filmed at the University of Delaware by British cameraman John Anthony Palmer.
