Ring Out, Ye Bells!  is a Christmas Carol scored for SATB a cappella choir and is based on the text: Christmas Carol by Paul Laurence Dunbar (1872-1906).

The work is written in a tuneful and commercial traditional style (with just an ever so slight nod to 'O Come, all Ye Faithful' in the intro). It is scored at an intermediate performer’s level.

After the short tutti introduction, the main theme is presented solely by unison sopranos, the carol then builds gradually into full harmonic structure with occasional divisions in some of the voices. This mp3 audio recording is a piano version to aid with rehearsals (only).
