A chamber opera adaptation of Dickens' own one-man version of his novella, scored for chamber orchestra and tenor.
Libretto by Simon Callow after Charles Dickens.
Premiered at Houston Grand Opera, December 2014 with US-tenor Jay Hunter Morris in a production by Simon Callow, conducted by Warren Jones.
Second production at Welsh National Opera in December 2015 directed by Polly Graham, conducted by James Southall.
