Angel of Mons is a tone poem for soprano choir and orchestra.
It tells the story of an angel that is said to have appeared to British soldiers above the battlefield during the Battle of Mons in 1914.
This work was composed in 2014 to mark the 100th anniversary of the battle in memory of the fallen heros.
