Composer and sound artist Roger Harmar has had a long career of making music both as a musician and composer. Originally a jazz and improvised music artist he has moved over the last 20 years into electronics, sampling, recording and making classical works. His recent work can be heard on Bandcamp, Soundcloud, Spotify, Apple Music and elsewhere.
He is former chair of New Music Brighton, the largest composer collective in the UK, and has had a number of pieces performed in concert for NMB and also for CoMA Sussex. He continues to write and release music that's heard worldwide and continues to be involved with New Music Brighton and collaborate with others.
He is also an award-winning photographer, his latest work can be seen on Smugmug and at the Brighton Seafront Exhibition.
