Len Rhodes

Biography

Len Rhodes received diplomas from the Royal Academy of Music, and the London College of Music; with continuing studies in composition at the University of London.  He is a Fellow of the Incorporated Society of Musicians, UK. His career as Music Director, Arranger, Composer, Pianist, Organist and Teacher has spanned over forty years.  

He is constantly in demand as a composer and arranger. He offers workshops in composition, arranging, music theory and harmony.

Recent work includes Original Musical Director and Arranger for A Night with Janis Joplin, currently enjoying a US tour (previously toured the US in 2013, arriving on Broadway, October 2013).  Len was the Musical Director, Arranger, and Pianist/Keyboardist for Mike Tyson in the Las Vegas MGM Grand’s production of Mike Tyson – The Undisputed Truth in April 2012.  He has many additional arranging and  theatre credits throughout the US, Canada, and UK.  Compositions, arrangements, and commissions include BBC Radio, Trinity College London, Kennedy Center, and the Virginia Shakespeare Festival.
