Matthew Burke is a composer and PhD candidate at the University of Liverpool under the supervision of Dr. Richard Worth and Dr. Ben Hackbarth. Matthew’s research is concerned with the incorporation of collaborative compositional practices as well as the aesthetic fusion of rock and heavy metal with Western classical composition.
