Ian Harris is a composer and pianist. Ian released his 2nd album of piano music Le Parfum du bleu in 2024. One of the tracks Le Jardinier was selected for 'The Sleeping Forecast' on BBC Sounds. Ian's music for an imaginary film version of Thomas Mann's novel Tonio Kroger was broadcast on BBC Radio 3 'Late Junction' (2001). Commissions include Monet's Dream for violin, flute, harp & film (2008). Ian occasionally creates short films, that explore the interplay with his music. His film New Winter Sky was screened at the Facade Video Festival in Bulgaria (2019). Ian has an MA in Music.
