Biography
Composer and improviser born in London, presently based in Manchester. Studied at Trinity College of Music and Cambridge, and currently studying with Bryn Harrison and Philip Thomas at Huddersfield. Was a 2009 winner of the BBC Young Composer of the Year competition. Since then, has written music for, amongst other people, the Aurora Orchestra, Oliver Coates, Orkest de Ereprijs, Trace Ensemble, RHEA the Austrian automatic piano, Mainly Two. Works have been shortlisted for the British section of ISCM, and this year a piece will be performed at Gaudeamus Muziekweek.
