First performed at The Epstein Theatre, Liverpool, on 18 March 2014 by Ensemble 10/10 - Christian Lindberg (conductor), Thomas Verity (clarinet), Alan Pendlebury (bassoon), Brendan Ball (trumpet), Adi Brett (violin), Jonathan Aasgaard (cello) and Marcel Becker (double bass).

A contagious clarinet flourish spreads through the ensemble.
