Bream Choir (from Mermaids Jo Thomas)
Bream Choir was a work that was written in response to the changes in Disability Living Allowance in 2013. As a disabled person I noticed a powerful sense of community which moved through the internet through swells of information, sharing empowering and discussing. I had never seen this before in such a powerful context and needed to write about it.
