Sound and Music is delighted to announce the following exhibition by composer and curator Jacob Thompson-Bell, specially commissioned for the launch of #BMC50, the British Music Collection at 50 years. 

GRAPHIC SCORES: BRITISH MUSIC COLLECTION

Jacob Thompson-Bell's exhibition on graphic scores, commissioned for the British Music Collection, is being featured as part of 50 years of the British Music Collection. The exhibition celebrates work by artists and composers, including, Jennifer Walshe, Claudia Molitor, Jobina Tinnemans, Jez riley French, Phil Legard, and Adam de la Cour. Divided into four parts, the works showcased show how composers are using graphic scores to tell stories, explore their own role as artists, make site-specific connections and encourage us to listen differently to our surroundings.
